The Suwannee County School District's vision is to be a system of excellence ensuring all students are prepared for personal success. The mission of Suwannee County Schools is to educate all students in a safe and supportive learning environment that will develop life-long learners and productive citizens.
In support of the District's vision and mission, the Human Resources Department provides a broad range of services to Suwannee County School Board employees, applicants, students, parents and community members. Such services include employment advertising, recruitment, selection and retention, employee relations, consultation, training and development, job classification, compensation, policy and procedure development, and background security compliance.
